So this is the book.  A simple, yet complex way of thinking can sometimes be the best way.  "How can anyone just write a book?"  The real question is "How does one just write a book?"  The answer is simple.  They put the pen to the paper, or finger to the key.  Just saying something can change the way people think, so by actually doing something, you're changing the way people do things.
